Easiest cloth diaper tutorial-upcycled t-shirt diaper

I made few patterns for diapers and tried them but i wasn't impressed(they were good but i needed to work a little bit harder to find perfect pattern),until i made this one,and loved it so much that i wanted to share it with you.

I use XL size shirts to make these diapers.
I didn't have time to make pattern for you(but i will),so here are dimensions.

Cut 1 10cm long(unstretched) piece of elastic and sew.You can use straight stitch or zig zag stitch.(Stretch elastic while sewing to gather fabric).

Now cut 2 15cm pieces of elastic for leg part and sew the same way.
(I forgot to take picture with elastic on both sides, but you know what to do :))
At this step, diaper will look like this:
I had 2 pieces of fabric left from this shirt,so i put them on the other piece of diaper.
Put them on the wrong side(you can use some other fabric to make soaking layer)
Sew soaking layer.I preffer zig zag stitch.
Now place those diaper pieces right sides together and sew.Leave opening for turning.
Turn right side out and top stitch.

That's it.So simple.

Use them this way or put velcro. They would be great anyway.
