Perfect summer outfit tutorial

I woke up early this morning (like i usually do,i can't sleep).Lea woke up half an hour after me.I washed my hair, and had to dry it,but she didn't want to give me a hair dryer. And then i said i'll make her a fabric hair dryer.I first wanted to search on the web if anyone made something like that.I couldn't find anything,so i made my pattern. And i found this:

inspiration
This is what i've made:

First i found newspaper and started drawing.
This is what i end up with:
I also wanted to make shorts,so i traced some yoga pants to make pattern, and cut legs.I aded 3cm to top and shorts length, because i thought it could be small this way.
 Sewing was very easy.It took me 15 minutes,maybe 20.
First sew this short part of leg.
Then longer part.
Do the same with other leg.
Then place twose two legs pieces right sides together, and sew(where the curved lines are)
Now you have this:
Cut 1 bigger piece of elastic(measure child's waist or use some pants for size reference).Join 2 sides of elastic, and then place it around fabric, then just fold fabric over elastic, and sew all the way around.
Fold twice,so it will look prettier than this:
Make 2 smaller pieces of elastic and sew leg bottom.
Turn right side out and admire your work:
Now let's make top...
You will need 4 straps(30cmx5cm for bottom part, and 20cmx5cm for part around neck)
I used all fabric,so i used ribbon around neck.
Place right sides together, and sew 3 sides.
My straps are not same width, but i cut it later, anyway.
Turn right side out.
Now place those big pieces right sides together.Don't forget to put straps.

Sew all the way around, leaving opening for turning.
Turn right side out and fix corners.
Pin opening and fold fabric on the top(2 or 3cm,depends on ribbon width),then sew.

And the last step, pull ribbon on fabric straps through this opening.
